		<description>Taekwondo is a good sport i have done it for 13 years.
it is a sport with a lots of movement good for the heart.
if your young it is very good but if you are a little older it is a little hard to be flexible.

		<description>No kidding. I thought I was in great shape due to the fact I ran track. Then I worked out with my cousin&#039;s boyfriend, who wrestled. He invited me to do off season field workout, meaning no wrestling, just conditioning drills. Those guys were crazy, I have NEVER seen anybody exercise as hard as what they did, and I couldn&#039;t believe how exhausted I was. But damn if after two weeks I wasn&#039;t in fantastic physical conditon. And keep in mind I worked out for track! IMO wrestlers = best condtioned.</description>
